March is a great time to be in Death Valley with a camera. March 2003 in particular offered some of the best clouds I've seen in the park, I couldn't reload my film holders fast enough. On the way home after this image, I stopped at the top of the hill at Lee Flat, and made Moon Over Death Valley, that was a good day.
